Botanist's Gin (6 O'Clock x SSGB)

Brunel's SS Great Britain have collaborated with Bristol-based distillers 6 O'Clock Gin to produce this exclusive gin, inspired by the explosion of botanists and their trade in the 19th century.

Steamships like the SS Great Britain were an integral part of the trade in exotic and rare plants. Horticulturalists would transport plants across oceans using the new technology of Wardian Cases to protect them from the elements. This botanical exchange impacted the culture and environments of Britain and Australia forever.

This gin, infused with botanicals and fruit such as coriander seed, cardamom, orris root, orange and lemon peel, is perfect for a classic G&T.
