Refund policy
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return your items, please allow up to 10 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items. This postal charge cannot be refunded.
Goods can be returned in person to Brunel’s SS Great Britain Shop; however, refunds will still take the same amount of time to process.
Refunds for online purchases can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.
