Delivery and Returns
- We are currently unable to ship to Europe due to GPSR legislation.

- You can contact us by phone from 9am – 5pm Tuesday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. A voicemail service is available to take your message outside these times. We aim to return all voicemail messages within 72 hours.
- All of our products are also available to buy in person at Brunel’s SS Great Britain Shop.
- We endeavour to ship all orders within three days of ordering. All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size or weight. UK customers should expect to receive orders within five working days. Standard orders from outside the UK should arrive between ten and sixty working days depending on distance. Tracked orders from outside the UK should arrive within 7 business days.
- We currently accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.
- The table below shows a breakdown of estimated delivery costs. Parcels over 2kg in weight can be posted internationally by request only. If you receive a message at checkout that shipping is unavailable, please email retail@ssgreatbritain.org to arrange delivery. While we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, you may experience delays through your local postal service. This occurs particularly during peak postal service times from October to December each year. If you have any questions, please email retail@ssgreatbritain.org.
