You can contact us by phone from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. A voicemail service is available to take your message outside these times. We aim to return all voicemail messages within 72 hours.
- Last Christmas delivery will be Friday 18th December, please order before midnight on Thursday 17th December.
- All of our products are also available to buy in person at Brunel’s SS Great Britain Shop.
Orders and delivery. We endeavour to ship all orders within three days of ordering. All our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Large deliveries and higher value items may be dispatched via courier. If you would like to ensure a courier service, please contact us before placing your order for a detailed quote. UK customers should expect to receive orders within five working days. For international delivery please allow 7-10 working days.
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.
The table below shows a breakdown of estimated delivery times and costs. While we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, you may experience delays through your local postal service. This occurs particularly during peak postal service times, from October to December each year.

Free postage to UK on orders over £49.99
£19.95 to mainland Europe on all orders
£29.95 to rest of the world on all orders
Returns. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return your items, please allow up to 10 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items. This postal charge cannot be refunded.
Goods can be returned in person to Brunel’s SS Great Britain Shop; however, refunds will still take the same amount of time to process.
Refunds for online purchases can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.
